– Treasury Transformation, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:* Support Transformation workstreams using disruptive methodologies and best in class technologies such as RPA, APIs and Data Analytics tools to drive value creation* Partner on transformation initiatives in collaboration with process owners, create project plans and drive change management across global stakeholders* Support bank rationalization and bank strategy (RFPs) initiatives.

Assist with integrations and migration to strategic banks.* Partner cross-functionally with process leaders to document and standardize SOPs, create standard work documents and operational flows* Analyze data, evaluate results, and develop recommendations and road maps across multiple workstreams* Drive KPI/metrics across treasury processesYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution* Five (5) years of experience supporting operational transformation, continuous improvement mind-set, lean or 6 sigma experience in a private, public, government or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Master’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution* Experience supporting transformation of a global treasury organization, leveraging best practices and industry trends* Knowledge of LEAN management principles or LEAN certification* Experience and knowledge of all aspects of Treasury Operations including experience using SAP Treasury or similar Treasury cash management systems (TMS)* CTP or equivalent certification* Proficient MS Office skills, Power BI, RPA technology* Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues and diagnose root cause of issues.* Self-starter/change agent mindsetLocation: RemoteTravel: May include up to 15% domestic and internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life
