As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, account analysis and reconciliations, financial statement preparation and consolidation, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Submit your application today!How you will make an impact- Constantly improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process- Achieve compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners- Prepare reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts- Participate in various initiatives spanning multiple departments- Arrange quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors- Ad-hoc projects as required- Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)- Put together monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting- Implement monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAPJob Requirements:- Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus- The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills- Strong organization skills- Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience- If you are proficient with financial reporting systems, you could be a good fit for this position- Solid understanding of Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics- Demonstrated skills in interacting effectively, both verbally and in writing, with functional managers- Experience in SOX control execution/documentation- Highly capable of analyzing financial data and quickly creating accurate reports- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred- Skill with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems requiredFeel this position is a great fit?
