Sr. Accountant

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join the Women’s Health USA Finance team!

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the accounting and reporting for Women’s Health USA.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

· Assist in and preparation of the monthly financial results of Women’s Health USA

· Analyze and reconcile all general ledger accounts.

· Build and update reports in the financial reporting tool (Prophix)

· Assist in preparation of annual budgets.

· Assist in coordination of annual external audits.

· Prepare annual property tax report filings and quarterly sales tax filings.

· Assist with additional projects as needed.

· Track fixed asset purchases

· Prepare monthly sales & use tax filing

Skills/qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.

CPA desired.

· 4 plus years experience in accounting.

· Experience with general ledger systems.

Great Plains experience a plus.

· Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

· Attention to detail and accuracy a must.

· Ability to work independently as well as interact effectively with other departments/companies.
