As part of a hardworking team of Talent Acquisition specialists you will source talent for spaceflight systems.

You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of recruiting as we build the team that’s building the road to space.

In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction against a timeline and will utilize your experience setting and delivering on benchmarks and metrics.

Successful Sourcing Recruiters will thrive in innovative, fast-paced environments, happily roll up their sleeves, enjoy working hard while having fun, and get the job done.

This opportunity will draw on your extensive knowledge of technical recruiting and forging dynamic relationships with stakeholders.

You will perform candidate generation, Hiring Manager consultation and candidate assessment.

Core Responsibilities : Creating unique multi-channel search strategies that attract engineering talent Identify and develop prospects into candidates while assessing them for role fit, level, and motivations by conducting calibrated phone interviews Educate and develop excitement in Engineering candidates and prepare them up until the point of on-site interview Build talent networks and tap into knowledgeable industry resources to develop candidate pipelines Continually contribute to the team’s knowledgebase and greater Blue’s talent acquisition community We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.

Passion for our mission and vision is required Qualifications: Technical sourcing / recruiting experience in competitive markets Inquisitive; a strong desire to learn Passion for generating diverse candidate slates Articulate; able to convey complex concepts and engage with senior level executives and engineers in a polished and professional manner Self-assured; not easily thrown, able to think on your feet Entrepreneurial; can keep up with the fast paced recruiting culture Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships Innate ability to inspire passion in others Strong commitment to continuous improvement Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, quickly learn new spaces and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates Results oriented with a successful track record of funnel development Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S.
