This is a Contract position in Scottsdale, AZ posted May 30, 2020.
I’m working with a regional accounting firm that is looking to hire a Senior Tax Associate.
They have multiple locations and just under 10 partners around Arizona.
The thing that makes this position exciting is that there is potential for immediate partnership They focus primarily on business taxes.
The reason this position is open is due to the fact they are so busy that they are literally turning away business until they can get another person on staff You would be responsible for mostly account relationships and write up work.
Senior Tax Associate Job Description: File federal, state and local tax documents General ledger and financial statement preparation Handle reviews and compilations Tax planning and return preparation Work with an experienced team of Bookkeeper’s to handle the paperwork Senior Tax Associate Qualifications: CPA strongly preferred BS Degree in Accounting Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience (preferably business experience) A self-motivated person that will go out and meet with the community to build strong relationships Sr Tax Accountant Compensation: Competitive Base plus a bonus for new business Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K PTO If you are looking for partnership in a small firm, this is the opportunity for you To be considered, simply submit a resume.
