Global Financial Firm located in Tampa FL has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Project Manager “This role is currently work-from-home and will move to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.” must have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access ICG O&T Control and Reporting is a strategic risk management organization that is integral to ensuring ICG Operations and Technology have the appropriate controls, oversight and reporting in place across all products, processes and systems to fully protect the Firm.

Within ICG O&T Control and Reporting, the Business Management Office is responsible for the group’s ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities.

These include management of the Financial, Headcount, Real Est ate and Vendor Management Planning Processes; as well as providing ongoing support to the ICG Operations & Technology Control & Reporting Leadership Team.

The resource ICG O&T Control and Reporting through the following
• Process reengineering, particularly focused don excel and access reporting of headcount, financials, allocations, real estate
• Providing ongoing analysis and reporting
• Managing financial reporting, analysis and forecasting activities
• Collating large data sets and other sources of info
• Creating presentations
• Enhancing SharePoint
• Participating in and providing support for significant ad-hoc projects and control initiatives Qualifications
– Internal
• 5-10 years’ experience in Process Reengineering and Improvement, Program and Project management, Financial Services,
• Expert Excel and Access Skills
• Advanced SharePoint Skills
• Experience with databases and information management
• Analytical ability, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with Senior Management
• A good team player with the ability to multi

• Understanding of Corporate Finance processes
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
• Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to prioritize is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
