In this position you will be provided with the opportunity to showcase your customer service skill by handling inbound calls and providing support to Individual Retirement Account holders located across the United States.
As a licensed associate you will play an important role in assisting our customers with financial market education, executing stock and mutual fund trades, exchanges, distributions and various account maintenance needs.
The Client service functions include speaking with and educating our participants and taking ownership of inquiries and resolution.
Series 24 is a plus but not required
to 5:30 P.M.
Eastern Time
• Bachelor’s degree
• Call center/trading/production environment experience a plus
• Retirement and investment account processing experience preferred
* Note : Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.
Salary range specific to Colorado: $57,100-77,300 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
