Senior FP&A Manager- Strong Financial Modeling

Our client is a leading multi-state logistics company, and they wish to hire a Senior FP&A Manager to join a growing Finance team.
This role will require strong financial modeling skills, in-depth financial statements experience and the ability to analyze complex financial information.
Essential duties will include: –
Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions and strategic partnership opportunities by developing financial models and present the acquired information to the key decision makers
Provide input on the financial and investment decisions of the company
Identify key financial as well as non-financial risks associated with potential investment decisions
Perform and present alternative scenarios to support investment activities
Develop models to track and report on strategic investments and initiatives
Develop internal relationships and partner with diverse cross-divisional population including Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, Operations, etc.
Job Requirements: –
Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant discipline, MBA preferred
CPA is a big plus
8+ years relevant experience
2+ years Supervisory experience
Strong Financial Modeling skills
Experienced with accounting principles, financial statements, financial reporting, planning and forecasting
Highly proficient with analytics
M&A experience is a plus
