What is your favorite Kindred Core 6 value and how have you seen it at work?

Hi, my name is Melissa Brown and I work with the talent acquisition team with Kindred Rehab Services.

As most of you know, our patients can come to us, either wheelchair bound or bedbound, and our therapists work with them every day to help them literally walk out our doors and hopefully go back home.

So it’s a privilege to work with caregivers who are so focused on the patient’s goals and what the patients want to do and what the patients want to gain from therapy.

So I think my favorite Core 6 Value is giving your best.

Our therapists do that every day, and it’s a privilege to be part of a team that truly makes miracles happen on a daily basis.

So I hope you’ll consider joining us.

Thank you so much.
