Senior Financial Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. Summary: Are you a CPA or have a strong accounting foundation and looking for a shift into finance? This could be your opportunity to move into the FP&A Team of a publicly traded company based here in Arizona! Our client truly values CPAs with a solid accounting background to join the Financial Planning & Analysis function of this global, public company. As a Senior Financial Analyst, this role will be aligned to a specific LOB (Line of Business) serving as a business partner in working on quarterly forecasts and annual planning process, and analyzing financial metrics. The Senior Financial Analyst will also be responsible for the preparation of quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership, revenue and gross margin analysis, strategic business unit forecasts, and ad hoc financial analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• CPA or CMA with strong foundation in accounting to start career
• Strong experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in both
• Previous experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department of a public company is great but not required
• Previous experience with a global/international company preferred but not required
