Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business performance and creating models/tools that help senior management make tactical and strategic decisions.
Success in this role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently and autonomously.

Responsibilities
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Work will all marketplace channels and functional leads including marketing, merchandising, customer service, etc.
to understand the most pressing business needs and execute on analysis, drawing strategic insights and recommending next steps
• Drive projects from conception to execution, translating data and analysis into actionable insights
• Validate and verify reports to ensure accuracy of data and enable informed decision making by the business
• Increase productivity and efficiency by developing automated reporting using business intelligence (Domo)
• Support month end and quarter end close processes
• Assist with financial audits to ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies
• Communicate business results to director and executive-level leadership
• Maintain high-performance under tight timelines, and assume a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get any job done
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 3-4+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with strong/advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in working with SAP/NetSuite and BI Tool is preferred
• Strong background in quantitative financial skills and SQL is highly desirable
• Self-motivated and highly organized team player with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
