Senior Director- Business Controllership

Job Duties:

• Lead the Management financial reporting for the organization as well as the operational FP&A team supporting all Enterprise Services functions (i.e. HR, IT, Facilities etc)

• Update, review and enhance daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting for the Executive team as well as Investors

• Partner with the leaders of the Enterprise Services functions in understanding their financials, forecasting and budgeting future expectations, and analyzing for profitability improvement

• Construct or enhance balance sheet and cash flow forecasts

• Support the design, implementation and maintenance of financial systems

• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed

• Partner with accounting during month end close

Requirements:

• College degree in Finance and/or Accounting

• 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience

• 2+ years of accounting experience required

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

• Experience in an operational FP&A group supporting senior business leaders

• Experience developing and presenting presentations to the Executive level

• Strong Excel skills

• Experience with multi-dimensional financial reporting and modeling tools (i.e. Hyperion, Anaplan)

• A talent for data visualization

• Schedule flexibility (job is global in nature)

Preferred but not Mandatory:

• Experience in a captive call center or call center BPO environment

• CPA license

• Experience building balance sheet and cash flow forecasts

• Experience managing a global workforce
