As a Senior Coordinator Accounting, you will execute all hourly payroll, accounts payable functions, and assist with management of the company store.

Additionally, you will assist the Factory Controller with budgeting and provide accurate reports for decision making as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Accounts Payable which includes set up of new vendors, approval verification, properly coding invoices and submitting batches to accounts payable for processing.

Perform all aspects of payroll processing for hourly employees on weekly basis.

Assist in month end close activities including accrual entries, reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance investigation as needed.

Help with the management of the company store.

This includes helping with the ordering, month-end activities, and order reconciliation, as well as inventory checks and other duties as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Experience: 2+ years’ experience in accounting or a related field within a manufacturing environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: AS or BS in accounting or finance It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
