TheSenior Analyst, Cost Accounting will have ownership ofthe Organization’s Axiom cost accounting platform and be responsible forreporting results to support Health Support Center and hospital request. Thisrole will include technically supporting the cost accounting platform andcompleting validation and reconciliation activities to ensure the data iscomplete and accurate. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will beresponsible for both writing necessary reports within the application uponrequest, and for analyzing the report results in order to identify trends andrelevant information associated with the data. This critical role requires athorough, detailed, creative, diligent, and sharp analytical candidate.

• Maintain, develop, andsupport user data needs with the Axiom EPM Cost Accounting & BudgetingSystems
• Document the businessdefinition and logic for the key performance metrics of the company
• Manage report developmentlifecycle including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Support
• Leverage all aspects ofBI technologies and architecture such as delivery mechanisms, datamodel/architecture, data integration/ETL and reporting tools
• Integrate data from thecost accounting platform, Axiom
• Meets with HSCDepartments regularly to review cost accounting information
• Analyze data, design anddevelop complex custom reports and dashboards using in-house reportingplatforms
• Validate report resultsagainst requirements for consistency and accuracy
• Troubleshooting andanalyzing data issues within reports
• Assist in managingLifePoint’s relationship with Axiom customer support
• Communicating results toappropriate departments, supporting business decisions
• Develop standardprocesses for business user requests and report organization
• Actively participate asan analytics and BI advocate and expert on teams to help promote thedevelopment of an analytics and BI culture within LifePoint
• Regularly updatemanagement of development status
