nn nn Responsible for providing advice and issuing policy guidelines on technical accounting issues for New York, Cayman and subsidiaries’.

Manager Financial Reporting, this position is responsible for research, analyses, writing, and dissemination of information in accordance with prescribed IFRS and U.S.

GAAP & IFRS accounting policies Transaction Review & Accounting Analysis Emerging Guidance Tracking, Implementation & Presentation Accounting Research Financial Statement Review Attending Industry Meetings / Conferences Leading discussion on accounting policy related matters on new products and complexed transactions nQualificationsn CPA (or equivalent), with at least 10 years of public and private accounting experience in financial services working on investment securities, loans, leases and derivatives with at least 5 years of accounting policy experience and 5 years of public accounting experience (accounting advisory or on call experience is preferred) and expertise of U.S.
GAAP and knowledge of IFRS (Japanese GAAP is a plus but not required).
