Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Accountant in Medford, MA.Duties: * Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations * Support closing and financial reporting processes * Create the accrual and review process * Implement the purchasing process * Work with auditors during the financial audit * Perform other projects as needed * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * CPA certification is preferred * 3-5 years of accounting experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Strong attention to detail * Experience in life sciences or biotechnology is preferred * Big 4 experience is a plus * Knowledge of SOX and SEC reporting is a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
