Summary: The Accountant – Financial Reporting will be a key contributor in the month end close, consolidation process and the preparation of the company’s internal and external financial statements.

Essential Duties:

•Assist with the preparation of monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Shareholders’ Equity Statement and Statement of Cash Flows)

•Assist with the monthly consolidation and elimination process

•Assist with the preparation of Bank Reporting and related processes

•Assist in analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual region/country financial information to ensure compliance with Global Accounting Policies and GAAP

Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
•CPA not required but would be preferred
•2+ years of relevant work experience, global public company and Big 4 or second tier public accounting experience strongly preferred
•Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
•Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
•Solid reconciliation and analysis skills
