job summary: An excellent company seeking a Financial Analyst with Real Estate Experience to join their team location: Miami, Florida job type: Permanent salary: $75,000
– 80,000 per year work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelor’s degree experience: 5 Years responsibilities: Preparation of general ledger and consolidation entries Maintenance of recurring general ledger entries Coordination with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on proper codification of transactions Maintenance of the trial balances Account analyses Budget to actual variance analyses Compilation and publication of monthly financial reports Assist in annual budget process Assist in preparation of annual Tax/Audit files qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting Minimum 5 years accounting experience Real Estate experience A MUST Experience with consolidations is a plus.
