nn For roles within Financial Services, prior experience in Financial Services preferred, but not required.nn nn Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in learning and performing in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:nn Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with clients, drive proposals and shape clients’ business and IT agenda; Evaluate legacy applications, with the intent to propose a cloud enabled application stack that leverages the Force.com platform; Design and build out Salesforce solutions
– Articulate common data architecture, integration with external solutions, data model and workflow; Provide program cost estimation and monitor/revalidate the estimates at key transition points in the development lifecycle; Lead one or more project teams to deliver solutions for the Salesforce.com platform to meet business requirements and realize business value; Define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection; Write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management; Perform Salesforce configuration, Mobile solutions, Apex coding, or Visualforce coding experience in Salesforce.com; Lead third party integrations and architectures; Utilize PC applications (i.e.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients’ needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs in to system functionality; Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across global teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously; and, Have previous exposure to platforms including Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and Mulesoft are a plus.
