Sales and Use Tax Accountant

In this role, the Senior Tax Accountant will prepare and review tax returns and ensure clients are operating in compliance with all areas of tax.

Job Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

Prepare and review personal and corporate income tax returns 

Supervise team of bookkeepers and delegate duties 

Advise clients of tax codes

Analyze and interpret variances and suggest recommendations to achieve business stated goals 

Create financial models to allow strategic decision making 

Assess an organization’s financial health and determining profitability, liquidity, debt to income ratio, and efficiency 

QUALIFICATIONS 

CPA or EA Credentials Accounting experience and credentials 

Bookkeeping 

Payroll Tax experience 

7-10 years’ experience
