This position is client-facing, AKA client manager.*This is a remote position.

Profit Line provides lots of opportunities for professional growth and advancement.About the RoleOur Client Manager is part of our Cloud Accounting Services team, and is responsible for delivering outstanding accounting and bookkeeping services to several clients.Non-negotiable requirements for this position: 3+ years experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounting software3+ years experience in accounting for small businessBachelor’s degreeResponsibilities: Managing client relationships and related accounting workloads Providing ongoing accounting services to several clients, including customer invoicing and AR management, expense processing and AP management, ensuring transactions are accurately booked Managing payroll Completing monthly account reconciliations Completing monthly closes Preparing regular financial statements and other financial reports Problem solving, addressing and resolving issues effectively and speedilyQualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting) 3 to 5 years of recent and relevant small business accounting experience Experience with cloud accounting tools, such as bill.Com, Tallie, Expensify Solid understanding of the accounting cycle Experience with creating and managing schedules, such as prepaid expense, fixed asset, depreciation, loan and inventory schedules Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing experience Technological optimist and passion for fintech Extremely organized, with excellent attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task Experience with Non-Profit Accounting a plusCompensation: $55k-$70k annual salary plus excellent benefits and year-end bonus, with greatopportunities for learning and advancement.Benefits offered: Excellent medical, dental & vision plans with company contributionFSA & HSARetirement Plan 401(k) and RothPaid time offSummer FridaysWe are committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
