The REO Asset Manager is a Bank Owned Property Remarketing Manager and will be responsible for contracting and managing 3rd party contractors and realtors for remodeling and marketing of bank owned property all over the United States.
Marketing, Strong Construction, Real Estate, and Banking experience required.
Requires a very strong sense of urgency, strong communication, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
Must have a good work history with longevity and experience.
Coordinates the refurbishing and remarketing of repossessions through an established dealer network.
Minimizes and controls losses and expenses incurred as a result of repossessions Ensures the company receives good value for services received and homes sold Establishes new relationships and holds vendors accountable Maintains clear understanding of collection and repossession procedures
