Real Estate Investment Fund Accountant

A growing real estate investment trust in the Chicagoland area is seeking a Real Estate Investment Fund Accountant to join their group.

The role will perform high level financial reporting across several of their funds and help develop periodic portfolio analytics.

With a wide portfolio of real estate investments including multi-family, industrial, and commercial, this person will get exposure to reporting on several investment types.

On top of assisting with developing investment financials, this role will also interface with potential shareholders to outline investment strategy and get exposure to senior leadership.

The company is looking for a multi-faceted individual with at least 2 years of accounting experience, who has a strong interest in developing a career in real estate.
