What will you do?
Summary
GVW Group is completing various real estate acquisitions and is hiring due to that growth.
The candidate will work with Management and the Senior Accountant to ensure that back-office processes are in place to allow for the growth to happen in a controlled manner.
The candidate will complete the month-end close process, all reconciliations, payables and receivables, lease analysis, rental and receivables management, and various projects and financial reporting.
The position will eventually assume some other accounting functions within a sister company but is expected to be 100% dedicated to the Real Estate business in a short period of time.
