Private Equity – Junior Associate

Goodwin is seeking highly qualified junior associates to join our Private Equity Group.

Candidate must have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently.

Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense, stellar communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
