Private Equity Associate (Secondaries)

Multi-billion dollar PRIVATE EQUITY firm in NYC is looking for an Associate to help with potential secondary investments as well as co-investments.
You will be involved in each element of the investment process.
Resonsibilities : Assist the investment team in conducting due diligence on various private equity funds and managers Review annual and quarterly reports and financial statements of LBO/venture/energy/mezzanine funds Requirements : 1-5 years of experience in M&A investment banking and/or leveraged finance OR 1-2 years of PE investments / PE advisory work
