Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as Principal Military Trainer
– Military Intelligence WFF Workstation Controller.
The location of this position is at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
Northrop Grumman is in need of a Military Intelligence WFF Workstation Controller, to assist with combat exercise simulation.
This individual serves as a Warfighting Function (WFF) (MI) subject matter expert, and supp orts multifunctional area cell lead for a team of contractors supporting the Armys Mission Command Training Program (MCTP).
Trains military personnel on the Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) and WFF specific simulation processes and procedures.
Enforces realism of exercise through role playing and conflict adjudication and resolution.
Supervise the work cell mission of translating training audience operations and plans in to simulation inputs/taskings and scripting requirements.
Train and support work cell augmentees in reporting, role playing elements subordinate to the training audience.
Ensure that the work cells WFF units/assets are simulated IAW current doctrine and unit SOP.
Supports the After Action Review (AAR) process by communicating significant events using the Workstation Reporting System (WRS).
When required, assists in exercise design and scenario development.
When required assists in pre-exercise planning by conducting Site Surveys and participating in planning conferences.
Assists in Developing exercise plans, coordinating internal and external resources, monitoring planning progress and timelines, and preparing contract deliverables items.
Assists as required in the development and writing of HICOM orders for Corps and Division exercises.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors with 6 years of experience or Masters with 4 years of experience Minimum MEL 4-CGSC or Equivalent Must currently possess an active DoD Secret Clearance Familiar with current Army/Joint doctrine Highly proficient with MS Office suite of software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree Former Plans OCT Brigade or higher staff officer experience Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
