– We have an exciting opportunity for a portfolio accountant with a famous company in the real estate industry located in Boston, MA

– You will be a part of a team that focuses on serving their clients and customers Portfolio Accountant Responsibilities:
– Responsible for review of monthly property financial reports from operating partners for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
– Responsible for the compilation of investor reporting requirements, including all necessary supporting schedules
– Assists in monitoring property cash flows and facilitating investment capital calls and distributions
– Assists with accounts payable and other related corporate accounting matters Portfolio Accountant Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree in Accounting required, Masters degree, and CPA a plus
– 3+ years relevant industry experience required, familiarity with NCREIF/PREA Reporting Standards, public accounting and/or senior housing operating experience a plus
