– Thursday 8:00AM
– 4:30PM; Friday 8:00AM
– 6:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM

Responsible for retention, expansion and servicing of assigned Personal Banker portfolio.

Contributes to the growth and profitability of the branch through management of account relationships.

Refers prospects to Private Banking, Business Banking Departments/Teams and other appropriate areas of the Bank.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience.

3-5 years’ experience in Financial Services, Retail Banking, Business Banking; Equivalent work experience with basic understanding of: accounting and finance, financial statements, and cash flow.

Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years of proven experience managing and growing personal banking portfolios (consumer and business) Prior branch operations knowledge or experience.

Completion of FHB Cash Flow, Consumer Lending and Small Business Banking courses within 6-12 months from hire or equivalent work experience.

Valid Driver’s License FHB Basic MLO Certification within 6-12 months from hire or equivalent work experience FHB Advanced MLO Certification within months from hire or equivalent work experience State of Hawaii Life & Health License
