– Thursday 8:00AM
– 5:00PM; Friday 8:00AM
– 6:00PM.

Frequently consults with portfolio clients via needs based, financial planning conversations.
Solves clients problems and achieves their goal by applying knowledge of bank products.
Leverages financial acumen to refer prospects to Private Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, and Mortgage Department/Teams.
Responsible for retention and growth of assigned Personal Banker portfolio.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience required.
Must be able to efficiently conduct consultative financial conversations with clients, create opportunities to assist, and fulfill with bank products and services.
Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience in Financial Services or Retail/Business Banking preferred.
Prior branch operations knowledge or experience preferred.
FHB NMLS Certification within 6-12 months from hire or equivalent work experience preferred.
Proactively engages with clients and pursues business development leads and opportunities.
General knowledge of financial products and services offered in other areas of the bank.
Must possess strong interpersonal, sales, and consultative skills, and be solution oriented.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to build a relationship with clients.
Ability to make lending decisions using prudent judgment within FHB policy and procedures.
Must be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously within strict deadlines without compromising quality.
Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
Understand consumer life cycle and business operating cycles.
Understand financial statements and basic fundamentals on cash flow and debt repayment.
General understanding of underwriting and credit process.
Registration Requirement Must be qualified to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
