Payroll/Accounting Clerk
$10-$12 DOE
Must be computer proficient
HR or Accounting Experience a plus

**NO WALK-IN APPLICATIONS**
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Maintain accurate payroll records
Maintain accurate employee files
Updating handbooks and employee forms as needed and obtaining new forms from employees
Process new hire paperwork including I9 verifications and drug & alcohol testing * Processing payroll bi-weekly
Working with representatives for employee benefits
Maintain accurate healthcare documentations for enrollments and waivers
Accounting duties such as posting deals or generating miscellaneous reports
Some travel to our other store locations (Mesa & Prescott Valley) (Expenses reimbursed)
Attend training classes as required for keeping up to date on employment laws and regulations
