PAREXEL: Senior finance manager, perceptive informatics

Parexel has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join our organization as a business unit partner within our Perceptive Informatics (PI) business unit.

The Senior Finance Manager, PI will ensure robust financial management, planning and control over the medical imaging service line.

Building strong relationships with business leaders and their teams they will act as a challenging, fully integrated partner to the business team, supporting decision making and providing financial leadership.

Responsibilities will include: ensuring accurate revenue recognition on projects compliance with SOX controls financial planning and control over costs and margins managing delivery of budgets and forecasts for respective areas financial reporting of actual performance, drivers and driving business actions to maximize EBITDA performance managing a team of Senior Finance Business Partners, Finance Business Partners and Analysts as appropriate to deliver responsibilities provide leadership, development and coaching of their team Qualifications Successful candidates will possess: Sound interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to present effectively in a variety of settings; ability to relate well to others.

Perseverance, energy and drive in the face of obstacles Ability to negotiate skillfully; both frank and diplomatic.

Ability to successfully work in a (virtual`) team environment.

Bachelors or Masters degree required; MBA is a plus.
