PAREXEL: Financial analyst

Job Description Parexel has an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team supporting key SG&A functions.

Key Accountabilities: * Provide accurate, transparent, and timely financial reporting of expenses and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to support functional leadership in the decision-making process.

Clearly articulate financial implications of business decisions to assist in the proactive management of profitability, costs, efficiencies and resources, and provide impact analysis on costs and metrics; adapts approach as necessary to deal with uncertainty and change.

* Translates results of analysis on operational KPI’s and financial P&L’s into valuable insights and actionable recommendations for functional leaders; identifies ah hoc analysis opportunities as required * Support in the identification and creation of new metrics while maintaining relevant and impactful set of project financial and operational metrics designed to support evaluation of overall financial/operational performance consistent with the functional areas being managed * Review staffing plans, monitor resource/utilization levels and suggest opportunities to positively impact functional area margins * Participate in process and system improvement opportunities * Support the annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecasting processes QualificationsQualified candidates will possess: * Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal * Proven experience in the areas of corporate finance and business analysis within a large international company * BA in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience * Professional designations (e.g.
