OneMain Financial: Business Continuity Analyst

We are currently seeking an analyst to support theOneMainCybersecurity Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Program as part of our Cybersecurity Resilience team.

The Business Continuity analyst will collaborate with various business partners to develop and implement plans to anticipate, address and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions.

Responsibilities:Develops and maintains a business recovery plan and procedure; reviews, revises, and expands existing plans and protocols.Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) planning program activities as well as the related compliance activities.Lead and advise in transforming traditional BC solutions.Creates and facilitates practice drills for plan execution.Works with the necessary business units to align the organizations emergency management plan to support best practices and community standards.Improve agility and resilience of information system environments including on-premises and cloud systems.Support response and recovery activities for high profile technology disruptions including cyberattacks, natural disasters, man-made disasters, and other crises scenarios.Engage in technology transformation, resilience assessment, resilient design, impact analysis, risk analysis, service continuity, plan documentation, and testing and failover automation activities.Provide internal BC/DR and resiliency training to personnel as needed Required Qualifications3+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of bothDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutionsDemonstrated knowledge of Business Impact Analysis (BIAs)Thorough understanding of risk managementAbility to think through hypothetical situations and concepts and to identify risks and weaknesses in various business processes.Desired QualificationsBusiness Continuity Certified Planner (BCCP), or BCP certification3+ years of business continuity planning experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsGood analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings Benefits:Because we want our team members to bring us their very best every day, we believe they deserve the right opportunities and benefits.
