Oliver Wyman is looking to appoint consultants to support its continued expansion in the Private Equity & Mergers and Acquisitions team, a strategic priority for the firm.

The team serves investors and strategic clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from opportunity-identification through to due diligence, M&A execution to post-transaction value realization.

SENIOR CONSULTANTS have enough experience to ask the right questions, frame hypothesis and initiate research to find the answers.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be shaping the problems that we work on and developing specialized expertise that other will seek out..

____YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE.

Clients hire Oliver Wyman for specialized expertise, the ideal candidate will have most of the following:.

A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top tier management consulting firm.

Experience in commercial support in an M&A environment (commercial due diligences).

Strong analytical skills applied to problem solving in a transaction environment.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.

Fluent in English and ideally one other language.

For our locations in Germany, France and Spain
– fluency in the local language is compulsory.

Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.

Inquisitive and creative mindset combined with a strong willingness to take initiative and drive analyses forward.

Ability to work in fully integrated teams with flat hierarchies where everyone contributes.
