The OHH System Accounting Manager directs the accounts payable and payroll operations of Oklahoma Heart Hospital and all related entities.
The accounting manager will ensure that all accounts payable and payroll disbursements are accurate and timely.
The manager will ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws along with the policies and procedures of Oklahoma Heart Hospital and related entities.
The accounting manager will work with leadership, team members and vendors.
This person performs their duties in accordance with Hospital mission, values, and behavioral stand ResponsibilitiesEducation: Bachelor s degree in accounting or related field is required.
21 hours of college level accounting is required.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years payroll and accounts payable experience required.
Must have 2 years of related management experience.
Working Knowledge: Must have hands-on experience in development and implementation of generally accepted accounting procedures and internal controls.
Knowledge of payroll tax laws required.QualificationsResponsible for accurate and timely payment of accounts payable and payroll disbursementsResponsible for effective implementation and monitoring of internal controls related to disbursementsResponsible for reviewing daily processes to ensure they are performed timely and accuratelyWorks with other hospital team members and outside parties to gather information related to financial transactionsProvides financial reports and ad hoc information to shareholders and senior leadership
