Office / Accounting Assistant

Seeking highly motivated, multi-task oriented, organized, team player.

• Must have some accounts payable an receivable experience. (QuickBooks experience is mandatory and/or experience with Accounting systems/programs). Understand a balance sheet versus a Profit & Loss.
• Must be Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets savvy.
• Self-starter & Detail-orientated
• Answer incoming calls

Operations at high volume residential, construction, and marketing companies. We’re locally owned. Owners work day to day in the business. Strong QuickBooks skills are considered first. Help in other office operations when collection calls are complete. Answering incoming calls, customer care attitude, invoicing and various clerical duties. Must be able to work in a team environment that supports training and self-education.
