What we are looking for:

• Self starter and motivated person that can take charge and perform under any circumstance.

This person will be responsible for the following:

• Generate new leads through referrals and canvassing efforts.
• Inspecting the exterior and interior of homes, including roof inspections to see if they qualify for a new roof.
• Working with both the homeowner and insurance adjusters.
• Assist homeowner with making necessary selections for their new roof.
• Train new employees on how to complete the sales and inspection process.
• Oversee a team of 3-5 account managers, ensuring they consistently achieve their weekly objections.

Requirements:

• Must have a positive, honest and caring personality.
• Must be willing and able to carry a ladder and walk on roofs.
• Reliable and on time for all appointments.
• Reliable transportation and phone.
• Self-motivated and well organized.
• Computer skills necessary.
• Willing to travel within 60 miles of Designated area.
• Willing to generate new leads.
• Basic tools, ladder, roofing shoes.
• Must be willing to work weekdays & some weekends.
• This is a high commission position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Celebration, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
