Job Description: Reports to: Branch ManagerSupervises: Tellers (in absence of head-teller)Job SummaryResponsible for customer relations interface at a branch level including but not limited to safe deposit access and openings, opening new accounts of all types, renewals of existing accounts, assistance with control of teller duties, responding to customer complaints, and other normal branch operations.Duties* Assist customers with account opening.* Sell various commercial bank products.* Open all types of deposit accounts, which may include IRA.* Process various types of loan applications and requests.* Assist Head Teller with teller operations and fill-in as a teller, if and when it is required.* Perform any special functions as designated by Branch Manager or Operations.* Responsible for monthly branch audits.* Assume various branch responsibilities as already understood within the bank’s framework, and any other duties deemed necessary by management.* Cross Sell Bank Products.
Background RequirementsGood working knowledge of teller functions and general bank operations.
Previous training on platform functions opening accounts, etc.
