MORTGAGE BANKER
– the Mortgage Banking position is for a person who has been in the business for at least 3 years, looking to enhance their skill set and become efficient in the ever changing mortgage market.
This individual will work with clients by providing loan solutions and advice, convert leads into funded loans, be expected to maintain knowledge of products and programs pertaining to The Bank of England guidelines and requirements as well as understand the application of guidelines.
The person who applies for this position must be competitive, have the ability to multi-task at a high level, have time management and computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.
