Through Dell Financial Services, there are opportunities for Sales Coaches who are Responsible for influencing Dell sales environment to maximize the use of Dell Financial Services (DFS) products.

You will deliver training and coaching to improve Dell reps closing techniques that increase the penetration, overall submissions, and call to submission ratio of DFS products into appropriate segments total sales.

You’ll raise the effectiveness of Dell reps on DFS affected applications and processes, and manage relationships with sales teams and managers to increase penetration and close rates.
