Job Overview:LPL Financial is seeking a VP, Enterprise Planning Portfolio Manager who will help lead the Technology Enterprise Planning processproviding long-term delivery and project effectiveness across the organization.
In addition, the portfolio may span across one or more business units.
This role will provide guidance to align programs and projects to strategic objectives and oversee the progress of all efforts within the portfolio.The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.
You will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities:Monitor the quality of enabler play, domains and product outputs to ensure strategic objectives are met cross the enterpriseEstablish effective working relationships with all stakeholders and ensure effective portfolio communicationsPartner with internal stakeholders to define an approach to create an enterprise roadmap for future development of products, processes and systemsListen for, uncover and resolve potential conflicts or disagreements about project prioritiesIdentify resource needs in line with the portfolio plansProvide line management, coaching and guidance to develop the effectiveness of the portfolio teamEnsure effective reporting of all projects to enable stakeholders, sponsors and management to make appropriate decisionsFormulate, organize and monitorinter-connected projectsSupport overall PMO with budgeting and reporting activities What are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience.

Requirements:5+ years of experience with Enterprise PlanningBachelors degree in Project Management, Technology or related field of study8+ years of experience in Project Management5-10 years experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment5+ years of experience delivering technology solutionsExperience managing a budget of $10M $50MExperience with Microsoft Office, Planview, JIRA and / or other technology and project management tools Core Competencies: Excellent leadership and communication skills to include verbal, written and presentationExperience operating and managing work in an agile environmentThorough understanding of project / program management techniques and methodsOutstanding leadership and organizational skillsProven capability to manage stakeholders at all levelsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate with senior managementInterpersonal skills to influence, spur change, facilitate, and enhance performanceAbility to deliver on tight deadlinesProblem-solving ability Preferences:Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areasACP or related project or Agile management certificationWhy LPL?
