Joining as an AVP .NET Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the sustainable, scalable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of software products, processes for our Advisors and End Clients.

Responsibilities:Oversee and participate in activities which drive the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance using ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL Server 2012+Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business problem statements into technical solutions, then help to plan Sprints; assign tasks to the developers, lead sprint demos and deliver quality prod releasesAssist in technical assessment of risks and issues, and document recommendationsCoordinate solution design with leaders from Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business to optimize speed to market and achieve prioritized business outcomesCoach and lead the team; Designing Technical solutions, developing appropriate technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines, get them reviewed and approvedCommunicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product support; feature enhancements, technical debt, aligning to firm Architecture PrinciplesPerforming peer-peer code reviews and team code reviews, and guide the team on latest technologiesInvolvement in monthly major releases to support production release activities.

Requirements:10+ years of experience working with C# and related Microsoft tech stack in a Distributed Environment3-5 years of hands-on knowledge on working with SQL ServerExperience with end to end designs and working closely with Architecture TeamExperience with documenting RESTful web services with OpenAPIExperience with Team Foundation Server/ Visual Studio 19, TeamCity/OctopusExperience leading development teams Core Competencies: Good understanding of system integration.

Great track record of implementing solutions in a distributed infrastructure with legacy and modern technical toolsGood development experience with REST, SOAP and Windows based servicesExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and small team of developersGood knowledge in about pub/sub messaging technologies and patternsExcellent knowledge in designing and developing micro servicesVery sound understanding / experience with DevOpsDemonstrated ability to document and specifications of Technical Artifacts Preferences:Hands on experience building system with Amazon Web Services(AWS)Hands on experience using Docker and KubernetesHands on experience using KafkaExperience working with Azure DevOps and GITExcellent knowledge of OOP concepts, data modeling design patterns/frameworksUsing Search, Index, and Distribute Caching tools such as Coherence, Apache Solr, etc.Experience with Agile development processWhy LPL?
