Finance Manager Supply Chain Executive Insights & Planning We are seekinga dynamic and passionate Finance Managers to support the Supply Chain and Supply Chain Finance leadership teams by driving Supply Chain executive insights and financial planning & reporting, along with supporting the transformation of Lowes Supply Chain network.
This position will partner cross functionally with the Supply Chain leadership team and their activities such as annual planning, executive reporting, network optimization and real-estate modeling, productivity analysis, and analytics.
Critical skills for success in this position include strong financial modeling experience, influencing peers and leadership, broad understanding of retail processes inside and outside of Lowe’s, self-motivation to drive results and ability to distill complex processes and information to a succinct storyline all stakeholders can grasp and action against.
The successful candidate will be an enterprise thinker, storyteller, analytical, organized, have a strong bias to action and the ability to collaborate across functions.
The candidate should also be an engaging team member as a part of a larger team with competing priorities and providing clear guidance in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include: Support the strategic and annual financial planning processes for Supply Chain Support the preparation of the consolidated Supply Chain monthly expense statements package Prepare executive reporting such as Board of Directors and Annual Investors Conference materials Deliver on ad-hoc, cross-functional special projects requested by leadership Facilitate the development of a Supply Chain KPI dashboard Translate strategic business cases into network impacts Financial impact of capacity decisions and inventory vs.
costs trade-offs Engineering support, inclusive of the automation development and rollout and enhanced standard operating procedures Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical field 5years experience in a finance, or analytical role Strong financial modeling, process design and Excel skills Exceptional analytical skills; highly detail oriented Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (MicroStrategy, TM1, Hyperion/Essbase, Business Objects, Cognos, Teradata, Tableau, Power BI etc.) Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple competing priorities About Lowes: Lowes Companies, Inc.
