Loan Portfolio Analyst I
– (Commercial Real Estate Finance) This position requires a detail minded individual who would be responsible for property inspection review, financial statement analysis, watchlist/surveillance, draw requests, new loan audits, and other detailed projects for the Portfolio Management Department.

Note: This is an IMMEDIATE HIRE, New Grads are welcome to apply ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILILTIES Plan and schedule own workload to most efficiently meet benchmarks within department.
Provide premier customer service to lenders, borrowers, other NorthMarq staff, and outside vendors.
Analyze property financial statements and tenant occupancy reports.
Review and assess commercial property inspections conducted by third party vendors and regional offices.
Work with customers to resolve any outstanding deferred maintenance.
Process borrower draw/escrow related requests.
Monitor maturing loans with regional offices.
Monitor and update monthly loan reports utilized by investors and management to analyze portfolio risk.
Conduct loan surveillance through Borrower/Lender interaction and property analysis.
Conduct due diligence of loan documents to ensure proper loan setup and servicing of the loan.
Demonstrate continued growth and development towards the LPA II position.
Perform other reasonable tasks/projects as assigned within department.
QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the finance, real estate or accounting area.
Work Experience: 1 to 3 year’s experience in finance or accounting.
Background in commercial lending or servicing preferred.
