Job Title: Lead Accountant (MULTIPLE OPENINGS) Job Duties: Develop and implement efficient business processes to document and report revenues in compliance with US tax and financial regulations and US GAAP principles; Coordinate and manage preparation and filing of federal and state tax reports using ADP and QuickBooks; Review accounting records and consolidated financial reports to compile and analyze the financial position of the company using VLookup and HLookup advanced excel formulas; Provide subject matter expertise for the monthly and quarterly accounting close process, including preparing complex journal entries, analyzing accounting balances and reconciling balance sheets; Prepare and review consolidated financial reports for the senior management using Helix Reports; Plan, manage, and streamline internal control process using risk based audit standards and AuditBoard; and Perform profitability and cost of goods analysis and prepare monthly reports for the senior management.Job Site: Akshaya Inc., 415 Boulder Ct, Suite 100, Pleasanton, CA 94566.

Job Requirements: Requirements: Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline and four years of experience as an Accountant, Jr.
Accountant, Auditor, or a related occupation in the accounting field.
The experience must include one year of experience with QuickBooks, AuditBoard, ADP, and US GAAP principles.
