– Collaborate with stakeholders to define a project delivery plan.
– Independently and objectively direct and manage the overall work effort while helping the team to prioritize activities to meet established function, quality and cost.
– Drive issue and risk mitigation and resolution, ensuring appropriate escalation as necessary.
– Work effectively across the organization to achieve goals, serve as liaison to business, operations, technology and Agile team and foster strong partnerships and collaboration with key project stakeholders.
– Authors effective, clear, concise and relevant communication for program/project stakeholders.
– Presents the appropriate message to audiences up to and including two downs from Senior Vice Chair Ensures project governance is established and observed.
Qualifications REQUIRED
– 7 or more years of experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
– Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
PREFERRED
– Extensive experience in IT project management, project planning, organization, control and reporting.
– Working experience in document management.
– Basic understanding in system development life cycle and Agile Methodology
