The Role

The Investments Analyst will support the underwriting and due diligence functions across multiple regions to support the national Investments platform.

Duties will include inputting basic inputs into proforma models, valuing potential acquisition candidates and assisting with managing the overall acquisition pipelines across all active investment regions.

Other duties will include due diligence support, assistance with annual business plan preparation and / or assisting with property sales as needed.

Candidate will have exceptionally strong excel and modeling skills with 2+ years of work experience, preferably in real estate.

Communicates and negotiates with suppliers to maximize value, manage expectations, and ensure performance.

Includes KPIs, business reviews, issue resolution.

• Supports the investment group by managing the proforma underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities in all active markets within the national platform
• Assists the investment team in managing the pipeline for potential acquisition properties
• Supports property disposition efforts, assists with business planning needs and / or works on special projects as needed

You Have…

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience:

• 2 – 3 years experience underwriting multi-family real estate acquisition pursuits

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Possesses an expert and thorough understanding of excel-based proforma underwriting
