HCC is excited to offer this opportunity to join our close-knit team working in a rewarding culture that has the excitement and challenges of a fast-growth HR company.Duties: Responsible for the processing of accounts payable transactions including bills, managing vendor records, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification Assist with weekly payroll reconciliations, bank reconciliations and cash activity spreadsheets for multiple clients.

Manage and track daily cash transactions, including incoming cash receipt management and outgoing physical and online vendor payments.

Contribute to the financials statement preparation and account reconciliation.

Assist with the preparation of payroll tax deposits and filing of federal, state and local reports (when necessary).

This will be a growth and learning opportunity to work directly with the Controller and Senior Tax Accountant.

Provide support in all areas of operation as requested by management.Qualifications: College graduate (preferred) 2 – 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping; state and local tax experience a plus but not required.
