As the HR Generalist II, you serve as the cultural carrier and play an essential role in supporting and maintaining employee engagement while also maintaining policies and procedures.

You will support the employees and teams by maintaining systems and processes that are critical to providing a great employee experience, serving as a point of contact for employee questions, assist in the benefit process, and be highly strategic in the company’s recruiting efforts keeping in mind the importance of maintaining such a great culture.

• Run our onboarding program (orientation, system entry, paperwork validation, background check administration)
• Execute HR operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity
• Strategically partner with departments and managers to ensure roles are staffed with the right people and skillset
• Maintain, update, and develop new policies and procedures for the employee handbook
• Respond to standard benefit questions and assist in open enrollment
• Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible
• Support with reporting, dashboards, and metrics to drive decision-making
• Administer the leave management process, including FMLA, STD, LTD, Worker’s Compensation, and Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
• Partner with our Payroll team and be the point of contact for submitting any updates (compensation changes, state benefits coordination etc.) ahead of payroll processing
• Be a leader in Employee Engagement and be highly instrumental in thinking outside of the box to maintain engagement and culture while upholding the company’s core values Job Requirements: Human Resource Generalist II Qualifications: A positive attitude and passion to learn.

A deep desire to be a champion of culture through interactions with employees and desire to make employee experiences simple, pleasant and productive Expert organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively
– you can easily handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Familiarity with multiple HR areas including HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and Compliance Strong passion for delivering impeccable work and adding value through doing things with high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Systems and process orientation with excellent attention to detail Bachelors degree required 4 years of HR Generalist experience, specifically strong in recruitment and employee engagement Experience in a company with multiple business units Highly collaborative and willing to help out wherever it’s needed Payroll processing experience is a plus, but not required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
